Brightview Senior Living Appoints Paul MacMillan Executive Vice President
Baltimore, MD — Baltimore based Brightview Senior Living, owner and operator of sixteen Retirement and Assisted Living communities in eight states is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul MacMillan as Executive Vice President. In his new role, Mr. MacMillan will lead the day to day operations of Brightview as the company prepares to double in size over the next four years. Specifically, Mr. MacMillan will have responsibility for ensuring that Brightview has the operational depth, standards and systems in place to achieve the business plan goals for growth.
Over the last five years, Mr. MacMillan has consulted with Brightview and parent company The Shelter Group on strategic planning and implementation initiatives through Pathway Management Group, which he founded in 2001. Prior to 2001 Mr. MacMillan served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of then publicly-traded Workflow Management, Inc. He was also an executive in the commercial banking industry for more than a decade.
